The engine idle control valve failed and in the process damaged the engine control module. I've had the control valve repaired and need to replace the ECM. I'm taking a shot at using a used ECM ($200 vs $950). To be sure I order the proper replacement I need to read the part number directly off the unit. Where is it located (under dash, console?) and is it accessable without major disassembly?
