1993 Infiniti Q45 Fuel Pump

I live in NC and am looking at buying the above mentioned car, with 218k miles. I was told that the fuel pump needed to be replaced. Can anyone give me a rough estimate of what it would cost for me to have it replaced? I'm wondering if it would make cost sense.
