2000 Infiniti I30 blower not operating

blower not working at all, instrument panel operates normally and can hear a/c comp kick in when turning on but no air comes out and cannot hear the fan running.

what sould i look at first

Under right side dash check blower motor for power. if none check amplifer for ground if none then amp. faulty.
