1996 Infiniti I30 no ground to fuel injectors

Engine problem
1996 Infiniti I30 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 200k miles

car will crank but won't start.
sprayed thrust into intake & it runs for a short while.
removed injector#1 & I'm getting fuel to the rail.
checked for +12volts @ the injector plug...got +12 but no ground trigger.

With the #1 injector removed, I ran a wire from the neg. Batt. term. & the injector clicked.


Do I have a bad computer or is it something else??

any help would be greatly appreciated!
