Interior problem

The problem started after taking my car to a car wash who also shampooed the carpet. At first the air conditioner would turn on by itself and you could not turn it off or change to temperature, It would go on by itself to the last used temperature. Then the radio lights would not light up when the air conditioner would go on by itself. Then the radio started turning on by itself and could only be controlled by the controls on the steering wheel, but not by the controls on the dash. It became so that you could have one or the other lit only. Now the air conditioner/heater will not turn off at all it stays at 85 degrees all the time and you can only use the radio occasionally.
