2001 Infiniti G20 Sunroof will not close

My wife heard a pop and now the sunroof will not close. It appears that the right side, looking from the front of car, try's to move but I do not see movement on the left side. I can pull on it and I can get it closed.

The question I have is how do I get to the parts to inspect everything?

Sounds like you may have broken a drive cable or the worm gear. The motor/drive unit are located in front of the sunroof itself. If indeed you have a broken cable, the headliner may have to come down to repair it. Many times in warm climates, the constant heat dries out the linkage and puts extra strain on the mechanisms that open/close the roof. Hope this helps.
