Turn signal and hazard lights stopped working?

My indicators and hazards lights have stopped working, the bulbs still flash when I lock my van so I know it's not the bulbs and the fuse is still good. so, could this be the indicator relay? If so, where is it located so I can test, please?

Hello,

Information regarding the flasher relay location is hard to come by, I have searched the web and a possible location is at the steering column. I would suggest to first check the fuses in the central junction unit.
