indicator lights stay on and stereo will not shut off

when I turn the key off, the oil light and airbag light stay on. also, if you turn the radio on it will keep turning on and off and will not shut off until you disconnect the battery.

Hello,

There is a battery saver relay I would check because it might be stuck closed also there is a GEM module which controls these systems as well.
