Inadequate rear brakes

Rear brakes fail to set up adequately, resulting in front brakes locking up while rear are still trying to drive. Will cause skid and failure to stop on ice and slick surfaces. Have replaced the master cylinder and bled system- everything appears to be normal. My next step, unless you have a better idea, is to replace the LSPV.

Yes, that is what I was going to suggest, a new Load-Sensing Proportioning Valve (LSVP).
