Ignition switch not working properly

The ignition switch is messed up. I cannot turn the car all the way off. I can turn it back but not all the way. I can start the car with the key not being in it.

Yes, the key tumble goes out on these cars. Here are diagrams to help you change the unit out which you should get from the dealer. Bring your VIN number so they can program it for you before you install it.
