I change the ignition switch the keys came with it the car wants to start but the fuel pump does not kick in I have checked relays wires what else can I do to get this car running

Did you check to see if the new ignition switch had all the terminals the old one did, sometimes the new switch will be for a slightly different car where they don't have the same number of internal terminals.
