i put a new one in and i must of had it turn in wrong way not it wont come out what to do

Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can see? that way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. It takes time to upload so please be patient. Here are the instructions on how the ignition switch is replaced. It looks like you need special tools to do the job do you have them? Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
