after driving for a few miles and ignition off for thirty to forty five minutes, and when try to start again, instrument panel lights on, but no power to starter, no crank. after waiting for forty five minutes car starts.

You could have a bad starter when it gets hot it will not work. Then when it cools down it starts working again.
