Ignition key cylinder removal

Tried removing the ignition lock cylinder so I can replace it. But the old one is stuck in the steering column.

Hello,

I've attached removal and installation procedures below for both functional and non-functional ignition lock cylinders. Please remember to disconnect the negative battery cable before you begin.
