ignition does not turn on security system

Hi,
I got issue with my car today in the morning, key remote didn't work, then i opened car with key and than tried to start it didn't start even. key can move in switch but didn't not turn on ignition. steering is locked and security system light is off.

Have you attempted to jump start the vehicle?
