Changed all my plugs to new ones I gapped them properly to 40. I put brand new wires on and had no spark on cylinder one, on cylinder four, I had a weak spark on cylinder three, no spark and on cylinder two I had great spark. I replaced the coil packs and still have the same issue. What the heck could be wrong?

The ignition wires can cause this problem, if they are not correct or of good quality (AC Delco) the coils will not work right, also remove the coils so make sure the connection to the ignition module is good and clean. If you have crack one of the spark plugs on 1 or 4 you will have low spark as well.

If everything checks out, I would replace the ignition module here are the instructions the diagrams below. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Thank you.
I am going to go ahead and replace that ignition control module. I put brand new plugs and Delco spark plug wires and new ignition coils.

Okay, finally got the ignition control module. Installed it but still have the same situation. It's running badly and no check engine light is coming on so I don't know what else to do.

Hmm, let's do a compression test to see if the engine is okay.

This guide should help:

Please run down this guide and report back.

Hmm. I have no idea how to do all that nor do I have the testers or anything nor the cash to get it done. I'm still thinking it's something simple I'm missing.
I tire it all down to replace the head gasket and I put it all back together it ran perfect. Only problem was the head gasket they gave me failed and water was pouring out if the back of the engine so I raised hell and git a complete replacement kit all over again. Put it all back together again and then for no reason I could think of it ran horrible so I did all that testing Putra new ignition module on and it did not change at all....Is there a fuse or relay to the ignition module that would make it not fire ? It's not the compression I'm thinking considering what I said.
Any ideas?

If you can take a short video and upload here in your response of the engine cranking over, I can tell for sure. Also, we only handle one question per thread, please start a new question about the stereo issue.

Okay, I will do that today. The thing about the stereo wasn't a question. I wrote you about what I had done so you'd know of any electric things I did to the truck and if you thought it may have played a role in the engine problems. That's all that was for.

Okay, I will add two videos if I can. I am a double amputee so I'm not fast as regular people getting In and out of the truck.

Thanks for the videos, they help. It seem like you have a blown head gasket between to cylinders or you have burnt valve causing the low compression. You can get a compression gauge from the auto parts store, either for free or rent, it should be much, then follow the guide above.

I hope not. I can't imagine how the head gasket could have blown . I really just changed it and it was no good. Then got a new one had the head surface machined and put the new one in about 2 weeks ago maybe 3. It ran like that from the very first second I started it after the head gasket change. It hasn't left the driveway nor been ran for more than 15 mins at a time. Even tho the first head gasket I put in was no good it ran like a top. I then changed it and it ran like crap. I'm just extremely confused here.

Okay, that helps, it looks like you have the valve adjustment to tight. Please remove the valve cover and readjust the valves. This video should help:

It is a big block chevy, but the concept is the same.

The video really did not help. My engine is nothing like that at all. I don't have the 2 different size lifter rods and I do not have rocker anchors. My rockers are complete with the bolt in them, and it bolts down on a pedestal.
Here's what I found; the exhaust rocker arm on the 3rd cylinder was loose. I tried to tighten it but it's stripped out and only goes on enough to hold the rocker on but won't tighten. I'm not certain if that would make it run so horrible. It acts like half the cylinders aren't firing as you heard in the video.
I'm completely disappointed. I had done so much work on it and spent a fortune on parts. I had to do the head gasket and all gaskets and seals twice because the first kit they sent was faulty and water poured out of the back of engine, but it ran like it was brand new because of all the work. So, I had to take it all down again and put the new head gasket and new bolts and gaskets all over the engine. I tightened everything exactly as Haynes Manuel said in order and to the exact torque on every bolt. I put the rockers in, and nothing was stripped. I then finished putting it all back together. I then started it, and it ran very bad, but I had successfully sealed it up. no leaks. I then replaced the coil packs with the distributor control module. Still ran like junk. I've been talking with you about this, and I even had a race team come check it out. They said the engine is fried. I'm so upset. I give up on it. I will try to either sell it as a mechanic special or I'll just keep it here and advertise parts and just sell all the parts to people.
I would like to say Thank You. You have been very helpful and did a lot for me. Again, thank you very much.
Looks like I won't ever get to drive again.
