No crank no start

My vehicle has a new battery, cables, starter, but does nothing when turning key. Wipers and radio work, just will not turn over. Could it be this mysterious 50 amp fuse I hear about?

The first thing I would look into is the neutral safety switch. You could try moving the shifter around from neutral to park while holding the key in "start". Be sure to hold the brake in case in starts in gear. That will only prove something if it starts.
