How to program key to the car or ignition?

Hi,

If you have none of the original keys, you need to erase all stored key codes in the PCM and reprogram it to recognize the new one.

This requires a scan tool that can gain security access and erase codes. Once the old codes are erased, then you disconnect the scan tool and it's nothing more than installing the new key and turning the key on for 3 seconds and then off.
