You start the van and it idols rough but when you speed it up it clears up i just put new plugs and boot rubbers on the van thought that would make it idol but it didn't

check for a vacuum leak like a broken hose or off then check to see if egr is sticking open. finally scan for codes auto parts does it here in US for free
