It the engine misfiring at idle? Please upload a short video in your response of the engine running at, so I can see what's going on for sure. I have seen the EGR valve leak, or just a good old fashion vacuum leak. Here is a video to help with the vacuum leak and testing the EGR valve.

This is the car running but it only does it when it's all warmed up the idol is low. I do have alot of blow by an when I take the oil cap off I have air coming out so I may think it could be rings an seal issue but don't know. I have tried everything replaced just about everything sense in the car fixed all the vacuum lines everything so don't know what it could be.

So my car will start up normal and run good for about 20 to 30 mins then the idol will drop an sound rough. I have all kinds of different codes pop up on my OBD reader but like I said I have replaced all the sence in the car an gaskets even the o2 sensors I have change I am curious i been reading that if you don't get the oem part for the car that it can have different voltage to them parts you but that would throw it off.

Can you tell me what cods you are getting? It sounds like you may have a shorted coolant sensor or a bad PCM.

The coolant sensor is new to so don't think it's that but it could be the PCM but I did disconnect it an put it back in the car to see if I can get the car to run right

The codes don't pop on like that it's just the cars idling issue when it's warmed up an still at idol the car runs real good on hwy an the last code that came up was a 02 sensor but they are new to. I did clean them with the right stuff looked it up so I am cleaning them right just don't get why the car is running like this it ran great with all the old parts plus I did replace the whole timming to on the car an retimed it myself

Well I did the compression test on all cylinders they all came out to the same psi all where past 150 so hope that is a good test now I need to figure out the real problem now it has to be some sensors I am thinking but hard to check them

Lets try servicing the throttle body, this guide can help.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/throttle-actuator-service

Good job on the compression test. Also, when driving the car does the engine have good power?

Well I don't know how fast the gears are suppose to kick in at but it does take a bit for it to kick in all the gears. The car runs good on the hwy but think I do burn alot of gas just put new ac delco plugs in too. The only sensor I did not replace is the crankshaft sensor curious if that would be the problem but I think it's the o2 sensor cuz that is the P0141 code that has been coming up. I don't get anything about the actuator but I am looking into it but thanks for being a great help on my car.

That is a good clue that the catalytic converter can be partially clogged up, does the engine have good power ? If not this will be the issue, here is a video to help check the cat.
