Idle is high when start and then it starts going up-and-down fluctuating. I changed the throttle sensor, spark plugs and wires and still continues to do it.

Hello, I am Danny.

It sounds like you may be having a problem with the idle air control valve. On your car it is located next to the throttle body. I have attached a link showing how to replace. Hope this helps and feel free to ask any further questions if needed. Thanks for using 2CarPros.
