Idles great no smoke?

Okay, so i have a 24 v Cummins. She idles beautifully but after about 4 minutes she starts to rev up violently almost I feel like. Almost like she is bucking.

The #1 issue with diesel engine is the fuel filter and water separator. Here is how to change it out and I have included how to bleed the air out of the system as well, also, do you have check engine light on? If so, we should run the codes to see which ones are stored, this guide can help:

There is no check engine light on. But it is throwing 2 codes.

Okay, what codes are they? Also, did you try replacing the fuel filter and drain the water out?
