Idle run fluctuation and after 2-3 times cranking the engine will be started?

Some measures were taken to rectify the Idel run fluctuation problem as below:

1)The Mass Sensor was replaced.
2) The Throttle Position Sensor was replaced.
3) The Idle Run Sensor was replaced.

Below measures were taken to rectify the 2-3 times cracking problem.
-The fuel pump was replaced.
