idle problem when warmed up

my car will idle normal for a moment when started cold. but once it warms up, it starts fluctuating between 2000 and 2500 rpm's. it has got less than 90,000 miles on the engine, new clutch, and we checked the hoses. any ideas?

try cleaning throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner and IAC hole it may be gummy and check for a vacuum or air leak like engine grommets.
