Idle Control Valve Screws wont budge

Idle Control Valve Screws wont budge from the throttle body.
DID the WD40. NOPE
I tried many different screw drivers. NOPE

I already have a new Idle Control Valve.

Just need the screws size and specs so I can order them or get then local and grind the existing screws off.

try putting the screwdriver or torx bit on it and tapping with a small hammer a few times then try removeing screws
