Idle Air Control Valve

Hi. This valve is constantly with 12v? Or is just a pulse from the computer to control the idle?

Which wire did you check this voltage on? You should have three wires at the throttle body and yes, there should be 12 volts on one of them all the time. Then the other will be a varying signal on the RSO terminal from the PCM. Basically the PCM takes inputs from all the other sensors and then tells the idle air control where it needs to be on this RSO signal wire.

Hi kasekenny1. Thank you so much with the information you bring me i found the problem and solve it.
I attached some photos of the problems.
On the photo with gloves was the main problem of the idle air control valve. Someone cut the black wire.
Now the car is like brand new.
