Identification fuel regulation, does the dtc code P0089 concern only the fuel pressure regulator?

The error code P0089 is related to the Fuel Pressure Regulator 1 Performance. I have seen the fuel pressure sensor go out and cause this problem, here is the location so you can check it out, if this doesn't fix it then the fuel pump module is bad and needs to be replaced. I have included instructions for that as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
