After using engine cleaner treatment it is still knocking, shaking and white smoke coming from tail pipe

I brought it to mechanic and he put it on machine he said it's my lifters and it will cost $2,200.00 to fix. but I cant afford that so another mechanic told me to get engine treatment and fuel treatment and oil change. so I did that and it's still doing wat it was.

There are no additives that will fix your issue.

The white smoke could be more of an issue as it is an indication of burning coolant.

The head gaskets may have failed but replacing them is part of the repair for the lifters.
