Alternator was replaced first. 3 weeks later battery was replaced. Under the dash I tried to reset a small box, but did not help. Maybe I didn't wait for the reset?

I suspect this is one of two things, either the radio needs to be reset or there is a fuse issue.

When you say the radio does not work, does the screen work or is it just the audio that doesn't work on the radio?

Let's start by checking the fuses on the panel to the left of the dash. I show some pictures below of a couple that we need to check but I would just take a test light and check all of them and make sure each has power on both sides with the engine running.

Let us know what you find with this and we can go from there. Thanks
