I need to find the grounds for the wiring?

I need to find where the ground wires are so I can repair my vehicle. When I turn the wipers on the windows on etc??

check battery to engine and body first then all the grounds bolted tot he engine as a lot of things ground there. then try under kick bpanels on both sides.
