I have coolent leaking into cylinder 6. The mechanics first said they recommend a new engine because of the Km's on my truck. I said no thanks. I'll just take it home. Well once the truck heated up the coolent was coming out of the radiator. The mechanics left the radiator cap losses because they didn't want the pressure from the leak in cylinder one to blow the radiator.
I took it back. Told them I need to get this truck 500km he told me we could unplug the leaking cylinder so that will prevent the cylinder from forcing to coolent out of the engine. So I tried that. The truck is no longer over heating and the coolent is flying all over the place.
Can I make it home with the fuel injection unplugged from cylinder 6 without destroying my engine?
