A fuse has fallen out and I cannot find where it goes. Now my automatic transmission will not shift on its own. Please help. The fuse panel door is missing. I cannot find the fuse layout anywhere.

Hello there, hopefully these diagrams will help. There seems to be a bit of variation between years on the Troopers. This guide will help you test the fuses with the fuse panel location in the diagrams below.

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

I have a 95 Isuzu Trooper and while driving it I started getting a ticking sound from fuse panel and the same time my brake and battery light came on my dash and would flicker with the ticking sound when I accelerated the gas all at the same time my blower for heater stopped working. Not sure where to look for the problem. I think it is a short to ground from my moon roof and that is since it has been having problems working and not working. Thanks for help I appreciate it. Also the battery is brand new but dash meter is at 12 and I think that is low?.

I think the moon roof is an unrelated problem but maybe not. The "ticking" in your fuse block is possibly an electrical arching from a loose wire or connection. This is a fire hazard and should be repaired immediately. The brake circuit in the fuse block is where I would start but there is very likely a short circuit behind the fuse block that needs immediate attention. Your moon roof could have been tapped into the circuit that is shorting and, if it's an added feature that did not come factory installed, could be causing the circuit to overload. Hope this helps.
