Inside outside air cabin door broken

Hi, i was wondering i you have found any solution to our problem? I have tried countless times to glue it but failed multiple times. I believe as you know the space is really restricted and i was wondering if there was any other solutions.But I've mentioned to re-position it in a certain way so the air flow resumed again.
