Hello,
This is a problem with your vehicle's exhaust camshaft performance for bank 1. The Power-train Control Module(PCM) AKA,"computer" has detected a 5 degree offset from where the exhaust camshaft is and where it should be. I have included in the diagrams down below a factory troubleshooting flowchart for you to go through. Please go through it and get back to us with what you find out.
