my car heater I put on to window defrost high speed and top heat it sounded like there was no fan speed or blower. whatever, put my hand over the vent and nothing was coming out .I didnt know what to do so I opened the hood and closed it and it started all was ok until I shut off the engine when started it up again no fan speed again so is it a fuse or something else. thank you.
