I recently replace the thermostat and checked the fan they are both in working condition car tends to over heat while driving when it does so i turn ac on full and it cools if im at idle and i turn ac on it begins to work for a few seconds then gets warm and the engine coolant temperature goes up to about 205-215 i even flushed the radiator and filled with fresh 50-50

The AC will place an extra load on the engine. AS a result, the engine will run hotter.

The thermostat isn't designed to fully open at 195°. Is the fan coming on? If so, 205 really isn't too hot.
