In changing the harmonic balancer, is it a single bolt holding it on or is it pressed on? Can you suggest anything on how to change the harmonic balancer?

The Harmonic balancer is normally just a hand fit when you remove the bolt, they can often bind up and a harmonic balancer puller is required to get it moving, these are available form most parts out lets,
