i have taken apart my engine and all connections and drained water from a flooded road. water was sucked up into my intake. i dried everything out. ad it still does not work. it clicks when i try to start it but nothing else happens. the battey is fully charged. i heard it might be the starter or the ecu. what do you think it could be?

if the car as been flooded you might need a new engine but you could try a secondhand ecu from a salvage yard
