2003 Hyundai Tiburon Brake lights

My passenger side brake light goes out when I step on the brakes. My husband replaced the bulb, but it still is out. Is there a brake switch that I need to replace or do I have another problem?

If it is only the passanger side, chances are it's not the switch. Have you checked for power to the light socket?

Yes I have and it both brake lights and dome light.
