2000 Hyundai Tiburon a/c-heater blows only out of defrost v

What you are looking for here is a vacuum leak. The vents are actuated by vacuum. If there is a leak, the defalt is the defroster. Check under the dash for leaks. If you have the engine running, you may get lucky and hear a hissing sound.
