2003 Hyundai Sonata key fobs

Good morning! I just bought the 2003 Sonata. When I went to pick it up, the previous owner had left a light on...so we had to jump start it. When we did, some kind of loud, security alarm went off. She used either a key fob or the door locking mecahnism to shut the alarm off. Since that time, neither of my key fobs work to unlock/lock the doors or pop open the trunk. Any ideas as to how I can "re-set" them?
