I would like your opinon on why or how the damage seen in the enclosed pictures occurred. In November 2009 I had the Fan belts change. On December 12 2009, noise was coming from the engine compartment. The mechanic found the Tensioner with attacked by one bolt and looking like the pictures enclosed.
