2002 Hyundai Sonata 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My 2002 Sonata seems to be leaking fluid and now I'm unable to turn my front wheels in either direction.
What could it be?

seems like your rack and pinion (steering component) may be at fault, you should still be able to turn the steering wheel with force.
