2002 Hyundai Sonata hard to start

I replaced my fuel pump once for low residual pressure, and my vehicle is still hard to start. Could it be the fuel psi regulator, and how can I test it.

Fuel injectors or the fuel pressure regulator is leaking. If the FPR is leaking you will see gas in the vacuum hose/nipple and also the fuel pump check valve and a leaky fuel line
