2001 Hyundai Sonata 6 cyl All Wheel Drive 120000 miles

Hi

The car has had a tune up and transmission fluid change. It bucks, kind like a horse. doesn't do it all the time. When I put it in reverse it sometimes sputters. Again not all the time. Any thoughts???

Nope, the check engine light has never come on...

I am going to take it in for service,but I'm afraid i won't know what they're talking about. So, I thought I could get a general idea from someone on the website...

It could be fuel related (pump or filter) ignition related (coil), a clogged catylatic converter, vacuum leak... What to do is let me know what they tell you before they do the work, and I'll let you know if it makes sense. I check my email at least twice a day, so I will get back to you ASAP.
