1999 Hyundai Sonata P1154: Transition time problem O2 senso

Been a while since I got back to this forum. My previous problems were eliminated by replaceing CPS Trouble code pointed to this one and replaceing sparkplugs and plug wires again trouble code helped this one (misfire on cylinder 1). I now get code 1154. I removed the bank 2 (closest to radiator) sensor 1 (closest to exhaust manifold) and cleaned it with carb cleaner and heated it. Code cleared by battery disconnect. Code reappears after about 15 miles of drive time. Should I now replace the sensor or should I look for some other problem causeing this? The car runs fine and strong.
Also can you tell me how to get at the windshield washer pump motor? The HMA service website has nothing on this.

Cleaning o2 sensors doesnt work, they usually need to be replaced. The washer pump should be at the bottom of the washer fluid resevoir, if you remove the res, should be right there

I know that the pump is on the reservoir. My question is how do I get at it. Looks like it is buried under the inner fender. What and how do I remove only what I need to get it out.
