2003 Hyundai Santa Fe ecu fuse

my car died on my way home and so we figured out it had blown a 20 amp ecu fuse and we let it sit over night then we replace the fuse and my car started then we drove it about 11 miles and it died again so the fuse had blown and when we tried replace the fuse to get home it blown the fuse right away, so i figured it blown the fuses when the car is hot and we its cold it will start and run til the car gets hot.
