check engine light - Oxygen sensor replacement?

The check engine light has been coming on, we have replaced the gas cap and air filter. When we fill the gas tank it dies when we start it and have to give it gas and stay on the pedal for a few minutes to keep it running. Now sometimes when we are stopped it is slow on the take off. Is this an O2 problem can you help me replace them?

Typically if there is an issue with the Oxygen sensor the check engine light will be on.
Do you know what are the codes? Which can help us point to the right direction.

Your vehicle has several oxygen sensors. The trouble codes typically points to the one with the issue. So getting the code would be the first step.
Then again since you are mentioning you are having hard time keeping the car running the issue might be something else like a Mass air flow sensor or some other part.
