I purchased this car used in March 2008. It was cold out.
I did not check to see if the AC was working, or think to check it. Now that is is HOT, I need my AC to work. When I turned it on, turned the blower on, and it just blew out warm air. Do I have to take it to a mechanic to see if it is the Condenser or low on freon? I don't have a lot of money for repair so I would like to save money any way I can. Thank you for your help

Hi there,

You will need to get the system pressures tested first, as you may well have a leak and have lost the refrigerant.
