rough idle

my 2002 hyundai elantra gt runs rough at idle. code scanner said #3 cylinder has a misfire .Replaced pugs,wires,oxygen sensor,air filter,and cleaned throottle body.what could be the problem?
It has at,4cylinder,68000 miles,abs,ps,pb,pw.

according to definition of misfire defines as an unacceptable % of incomplete combustion...lean,rich,density misfire ?...mechanical problems? ..bad ignition cpts? ..bad ignition signal to the ECM?...bad fuel injectors?..unmetered air ?? ...need more info or need a real mechanic to figure it out... trying by swap parts and hit the target is very low percentage shot on cars thats 2000 and newer ...good luck man
